		<description>I would think that energy and soul are absolutely necessary in a lot of scenarios. In this case is that passion that would play the role of energy/soul to bring out the best. 
And yes yourself being a passionate one in the team helps to get the team running a successful marathon.</description>

While Clinical precision may be required to analyze the problem in hand, solving that problem need not necessarily be without passion.

Isn&#039;t it true for any work that requires logical reasoning, there is great need for Passion!.</description>
