In my preliminary reading, I was happy to note your choice of words - WOA constrains SOA. I think thats very helpful. However I would still believe that even in this case WOA and SOA are not adequately decoupled, and that is unfortunately unhelpful. 

A comment on the post may not be be the best place to articulate a thought in adequate detail, but I shall attempt to provide the same articulation before the next week begins with a new post.</description>
