		<description>That is a good analogy between sports and software development. Playing the game in the middle is definitely the most important and large part of a software project.

Perhaps in case of large projects, we may need both project managers and coach even if the managers are non playing. This works if they can shield their project team from all the unnecessary procedures which might distract them from the game. I suppose the coach has the most important part in the project.</description>
