I have subsequently worked with one of the largest Telcos where amongst many other activities, I was an early adopter of using internet technologies for web based application development, was the architect for perhaps the first application in the company to be built using Java and CORBA, was nominated to be a panelist at a software symposium to talk about Java and also was appointed to be a member of the corporate wide groups for Object Orientation Realization, Java, CORBA and middleware. Along the way I have switched across a number of roles including those of a developer, chief architect, chief technology officer and head of product development. I continue to be passionate about programming and design and all that comes under the umbrella of software engineering.
